What I ate WEDNESDAY: I was in need of volume foods today and one way to eat more and “spend” less macros is to eat those VEGGIES ???? & Fruit ??????
Sometimes it’s about finding what it is that you are needing for the day (volume, sweets, fat) whatever it is and satisfying that need within your boundaries so that you don’t do something CRAY!
