Overnight Oats ARE THE BOMB

Overnight Oats are by far the easiest tastiest pre-plannable (is that even a word?) breakfast in the history of EVER! Here is my favorite way to do them:

Strawberry Cheese Cake with Chocolate Chips

1.5 c – Steel Cut Oats
2 oz – Almond Milk
1 Carton – Dannon Light and Fit Cheese Cake Greek Yogurt
7 g – Mini Chocolate chips
80 g – fresh cut strawberries
Macros: F6 P18 C45

Mix in a mason jar the night before leave strawberries on top and BAM Breakfast done!

P.S. you can sub the Almond milk for any other milk depending on your macros!

My other fave is to do PB&J – just add jelly and PB2 to vanilla greek yogurt. YESSS!

      No! Not at all. You can use whatever oats you like or even something like chia seeds works great as well!
