Measuring Progress 2

I have been working hard the last 22 weeks in the gym and doing some interesting things with my nutrition in order to get stage ready in July. Coach Kelli has pushed me to places I would not have gone on my own and so much knowledge has been gained.

This is just another example of how the scale is not the end all be all when it comes to body composition changes. I know these photos aren’t mind blowing but you can clearly see on the right I am heavier and leaner.

You can see that my macros have changed from March to April and although my weight has gone up you can definitely tell a difference in composition!

This is also why I ask my clients to take progress pictures AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

So let’s keep the scale in its place and use it merely as a tool and not a measure of success.
