Macro Friendly Copycat Caramel Macchiato

☕️ Copycat Starbucks Caramel Macchiato – the MACRO friendly version! ☕️

MACRO FRIENDLY and SUPER easy to make + it saves you money and pounds what more could you ask for?

I made a few tweaks to the original recipe for the macro friendly version:

1) 4oz espresso. I used an Aeropress it’s the closest thing to an espresso shot without the expensive espresso machine! (Use 2oz if you have an espresso machine)

2) Swap the milk for 16oz Fat Free Milk.

3) Swap 1/2 tbsp of sugar for 1 tsp Truvia.

4) Swap carmel drizzle for Walden Farms Carmel Syrup.

Combine milk, sugar, espresso and use a frother until mixed well. Top with caramel drizzle and any extra espresso you have.

This is a treat for me! I don’t always have this much goodness in the morning. I used to love my Starbucks fully loaded sweet treats and now I know better so this is how I can still enjoy but not pay the price from my wallet and waist line! BOOM!
