About KmoreMacro

Here I am! What you see is what you get. I am passionate and caring. I love with all my heart and have very few secrets. I don’t hide my emotions well, whether gleeful or gloomy. I am a positive person. I have been an athlete all my life, but now I am a cheerleader for success! It’s the only way I know to live!
My family is my world! They support me and love me through it all. I met my husband at Grand Canyon University in 2005. He was a handsome, strong catcher for the baseball team and I was a two sport athlete: volleyball and softball. We were a match made in college athletics! He loves me, all of me, and for that I am grateful.
I have three little ones. My oldest Kileigh, who is almost eight is my twin when it comes to attitude and sass, but is kind and compassionate.
Eastin, who just turned six is all boy and brute strength with a gentle soul.
Then there is Emerie Olive Rose, two and a half, we must have known she would be the feistiest one of them all when we gave her two middle names. She is confident and a girl who knows what she wants. These are the loves of my life and I would not want it any other way.

Growing up I had many amazing mentors/coaches who taught me about life when all I could see was the game in front of me. These coaches, along with my family were molding and developing me to be brave enough to coach and mentor others one day.
Well, that day has come! My next big step and venture: Macro Coaching. My goal is to lead, guide, and show others there is a healthy sustainable way of eating that doesn’t deprive them of the foods they love in order to reach the healthy goals they desire! I have learned how to eat the foods I love and need with balance. Let me tell you, this has lit a fire in my gut to spread this joy and show people how great food knowledge can be. Food confidence is important and learning to let go of food guilt is key.
Now, food balance has only fueled my fire for CrossFit. I have more energy and gas in the tank to take it to a whole new level. I have been a Cross fitter for two years and the growth in my journey, nutritionally and athletically is exciting. I love it! I have grown much in the last two years and have gained much insight on mental toughness and strength.
I recently competed in the Girls Gone WOD CF event. My partner and I knew that the WODS (workout of the day) were not in our favor. They were mostly made of heavy lifting and I am more of an endurance athlete. I had decided that if I made it to the #143 clean to over-head I would be content with my performance. I made it into the #163 Cleans that is a 20lb PR (personal record) for me. My hard work in the gym and in the kitchen paid off.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, good quotes, scripture, funny shirts, dirty hair, headbands, water-bottles, chocolate, a good deal, people who build others up, fake lashes, a good spray tan, thin socks and most importantly COFFEE!
That’s me in a nutshell!
Thank you so much for swinging by my site and checking it out. I hope you’ll laugh, cry, and learn a few things about life and food while you are here.
In Your Corner
